CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING POLICY
Starting 2023, we are adopting the following cancellation policies:
Appointments for Services Outside of Our Salon:
Cancellations made in less than 72 hours will be billed 50%. We certainly give importance to key appointments as we commit resources, time and at times even close the shop to ensure on-time and attendance is accorded to our key clients residing in Atherton, San Francisco and key executive in Menlo Park, CA. We hope you understand.
Appointments for Services at Our Salon:
Any appointment missed, late cancelled, or changed without 24 hour notice will result in a charge of $30 or more depending the service that was scheduled. For facial and eyelash packages, there will be $50 charge for last-minute cancellation.
